Just what ive been looking for. Ive had difficulty looking for healthcare providers near my place and this app just solved it. Hope the listed providers are up to date. Tracking claims is also easy. Cheers!

I can see all my updated claims.

Needs a lot of work. Cannot access card details or check claims. Doesnt seem to work at all.

The patient responsibility amount column is missing, also I want to see the PDF of EOB for every single claim.

This app needs to mirror the on-line Cigna website with at least the deductible and out of pocket status and the patient co-pays per claim.

Wont display ID cards. It tells me to try again latter. Just what I need when Im bleeding to death in an ER.

The app is great to check status of your claims...but after os8 upgrade is useless. There is so much potential on this app but is really basic, would love to be able to submit new claims using the app

Why isnt there any way to submit a new claim through the app. I would think that would be the #1 reason to get this app as the website claim submission is clumsy and buggy.

Nice, simple interface, but nothing works. When looking for claims, past or in process, it says "no matches found".

Looks similar to the website but doesnt load past or pending claims. Not useful.

The directory does not work at all. App crashes all the time.

Its web based, not a native app. Slow response, poor to use on mobile devices-particularly in responding to messages.

Slow to switch between options. Previous claims are usually not available or take long to upload.

I was with other company and the reimbursement request must go through website which difficult to enter through mobile. But with your Cigna Envoy App you make our life easy :)

The app always requires internet access and the user experience is horrible. Finding a doctor feature never works, I always end up using the web site.

Prefer the app to the website

The last app version was worthless. This version has more functionality and defiantly feels like more thought was put into its development.
