Cigna Envoy® app good for

This app is amazing, usually I take around 1 minute to claim an doctor or hospital bill.
Very easy to upload documents and submit claims. However, difficult to track progress of submitted claims as there is no reference to the amount or description of claim, only An obscure reference number

Some bad moments

All I can say is horrible. Cant you introduce adding ID cards to Wallet. Claims details are difficult to understand.
At first sight, version 2.0 seems VERY slow. As well it requires several clicks to get claims information. I would prefer very handy straight forward immediate list of claims + clear status.
Sometimes you cant access the data. Very slow. Timeout error.
"Unable to log in" since 4 weeks, even helpline could not solve...
Email function is clunky and limited additional information available other than whats in the insurance card
App is online for quite sometime now and no improvement so far... I want 2 things; 1- online claim with add photo option so receipts, invoices can be attached, 2- cannot see any detail of the claims in process, please provide more detail lines like which hospital which symptoms etc.. Thanks..
